A dedicated Montessori educator with over 20 years of experience working with children in both formal and non-formal settings. A passionate advocate for child-centered education, Racheal holds the AMI Montessori 3–6 Diploma and earned her Montessori credential in Tanzania, further deepening her commitment to the principles of Montessori education. Racheal is the founder of the Joyful Montessori Play Space, a nurturing environment where children are empowered to explore, learn, and grow. She was also privileged to be part of the inaugural Montessori think tank, GZiM Better is Possible, a platform for innovative ideas and collaboration in advancing Montessori education globally. Her philosophy is inspired by Maria Montessori’s quote, “The child is the father of the man,” which resonates deeply with her belief that every child is born with innate potential to become the best version of themselves when placed in the right learning environment.
